Karen is a strong advocate of high quality customer service and understands situations from the customer’s view and has their best interest at heart.

Karen has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and her major background has been in Customer Service in International and Domestic Logistics. Karen is a Native of Chicago, IL, however has resided in Arizona for 20 years.
